What better way to kick off the summer than a perfect day in Ogunquit, Maine celebrating Star and Valerie's wedding! Rather than following a schedule, they let the day play out naturally, which was a great change of pace for us. Valerie was calm as could be as she was getting ready, while Star had such sweet nerves as she awaited seeing her future wife in her beautiful dress for the first time. Although it wasn't originally planned, we ended up doing a first look, which we always love, and this one didn't disappoint! The love these two ladies share is so sweet, from the tears they shared as they read their vows, to the way they kept each other laughing all day. They made us feel so welcome and part of the family. It was such a pleasure to be able to capture their wedding day for them!
When an adorable bachelorette asks to take a photo with the newly married couple, how sweet is it that Valerie immediately offered her the flowers to hold? So random, but I really loved this moment.
